A seasoned legal professional with over 20 years of experience, he advises businesses on corporate, commercial, and investment matters, working extensively with Indian and international clients on company structuring, foreign investment, transaction documentation, regulatory compliance, and financing-related legal support.

His experience spans intellectual property strategy and enforcement, including IP portfolio management, filings, audits, and cross-jurisdictional brand protection. He has also handled high-value commercial contracts, cross-border transactions, employment matters, and litigation, bringing a practical, business-focused approach to complex legal issues.

She has led ship sale and purchase transactions, structured complex ship financing and mortgages, and managed the global legal operations of a 400+ vessel ship management company as Senior Manager, overseeing a team of five lawyers across India, Germany, Hong Kong, and Greece.

Her transactional expertise includes guiding seed-to-series investments, conducting M&A due diligence, and negotiating shareholders' agreements. In intellectual property, she built and managed client portfolios, filing and prosecuting trademarks, copyrights, and designs, while serving as a Trademark Examiner for the Government of India.
